Primarily focused on the family of Vanir attested in the Norse Eddas, those being Njord, Frey, Freya, Mmir, and a few others.
The Alfar of the Northern Continent in The Otherworld are ruled by Frey in the North, and by Mannanan Mac Lyr in the West. Their religious beliefs are less devotional than most human faiths.
Svart Alfar tend to serve deities associated with night, winter, ravens and secrets, such as The Morrigan, Hod, Hades, Odin, Nephthys, as well as the occasional psychopomp, especially Osiris. In fact, the importance of Osiris in Svart Alfar culture is rivaled only by that of The Morrigan. Svart Alfar in the northern regions of the southern continent (called Andala, after the vast Andalan desert) tend toward the practice of a handful of human faiths, such as Zoroastrianism and Islam, as well as service to greater Jinn.
In all regions, many Alfar, Svart Alfar and other Otherworld mortals simply serve greater Fey. At the same time, many gods rule over Fey courts both on Earth and in The Otherworld, such as Mannanan, The Morrigan and Njord.
